Orders

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order has been placed, we begin processing it as quickly as possible. Because of this, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications after checkout.

Can I apply multiple discount codes?

Only one discount code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated during a promotional event.


What if an item is sold out?

If an item is currently unavailable, we recommend signing up for restock notifications on the product page. We may restock select styles depending on demand and availability.


Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — Shop Runway Society proudly ships worldwide.

International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.


How long does shipping take?

Domestic Orders (U.S.)

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

International Orders

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping Time: 7–21 business days depending on location

Please note that customs processing may occasionally cause delays for international orders.


How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

If your tracking shows delivered but your package is missing, please:

  • Check with neighbors or household members

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly

  • Verify the shipping address entered at checkout

Shop Runway Society is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With tags attached

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.


Do you offer exchanges?

If you would like a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order and submitting a return request for the original item if eligible.


Are return shipping costs covered?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Will sold out collections return?

Some destination collections and limited drops may restock, while others are released in limited quantities and may not return once sold out.
